Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are currently set at a flat rate of $9.99.
  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • Canada Wide:  3-6 business days depending on location.

International Shipping (Not Currently Available)

  • International delivery times may vary and can take longer than domestic.
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order at any time using the provided tracking link.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team at support@hornsted.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
